 * Hey Shadi,
 * thanks for getting back to this topic.
    Our issue has been fixed with an update
   a few months ago. But since we are a german based agency, we switched to the 
   DHL integration of WooCommerce Germanized and are not using the additional DHL
   Plugin anymore.

 * Hey Shadi,
    on DHL version 1.4.1, WooCommerce is version 3.6.4 and the theme 
   is Flatsome on version 3.8.3.
