 * I see then you need more than one login for the IP address to appear in the log

 * Yes that is correct but in the settings I have it set to 1 allowed retries only.

 * Yes I understand that but there are no IP adresses for the failed logings in 
   the log file.

    I don’t think your latest update 6.0.7,has worked as it has knocked out 3
   of my wesites.
