 * Hello,
 * I have tried enabling this option inside settings screen for the text area, however
   the edit bar is not displaying in the editor. What could cause this to happen?

 * I managed to resolve this by not displaying actual title of the news block in
   your plugin settings, but supplying my own outside of widget call with qTranslate
   code I provided above.
