We were having issues with errors and ratings not saving in version 3. We tried rolling back to version 2.X.X from the plugin repo but it still wasn’t working. So we used version 2.4.6 from our backups and that got us back up and running. We are still showing our star ratings using version 2.4.6.
We were having this issue, after upgrading KK star ratings was generating php errors and warnings and wasn’t recording ratings. We downloaded a few previous versions from https://wordpress.org/plugins/kk-star-ratings/advanced/ and were still having issues. Finally we used a copy from last weeks backup and that got things up and running again. We are using version 2.6.4.
