 * I had this problem with Woocommerce and the only thing that worked for me was
   changing the location of the .po file. When creating a new language, Loco suggests
   the _“Custom”_ location. I would always get erros with Sync until I changed the.
   po and .mo files to the _Author:_ location (plugins/woocommerce/i18n/languages/
   woocommerce-<locale>.po)
