Here are two additional screenshots, both showing an expanded view of the page:
    Att. Category
    Labels

I tested adding a new category under “att. category” and applied that taxonomy to the same files (see screenshot above). We already created hundreds of custom taxonomy through the PODS plugin, prior to installing Media Library Assistant, so the taxonomy with the issues appears to be those. Are we going to have to recreate all of those taxonomies under “att. category” or is there a workaround to make the other custom taxonomies function correctly with the Media Library Assistant plugin?

    Thank you,
    Lauren

    Hi Dave,

I am having another issue with Posts Table Pro since activating the Media Library Assistant plugin. It looks like any media/attachments uploaded after installing the Library plugin are not included in the taxonomy count column number (see screenshot link below). If I click on “0” under Count, it will pull up the same two items that you see when you click on the “2” under Attachments.

    Screenshot

    Notes:

    • I found that any media/attachment not reflected in this taxonomy count column will have their taxonomy missing in the filter drop-downs in Posts Table Pro tables.
    • The one exception is if another media/attachment file – tagged with the same taxonomy – is accurately reflected in the taxonomy count, then selecting that taxonomy in the Posts Table Pro filter drop-down will accurately filter to all files with that taxonomy (even those missing from the count column).
    • If all the media/attachments with that specific taxonomy are new, and therefore not reflected in the count column number, then that taxonomy will be missing from the filter drop-down list (despite those files accurately showing up in the table).`

    Thank you,
    Lauren

Thanks for looking into this for me. It appears I’ve incorrectly called for “image” when I have to call for “content” for native thumbnails to show in Posts Table Pro.

It looks like I need Imagick, ImagMagick, and Ghostscript to fix my other issues. We just switched to WP Engine as our host earlier this year. Do I just email WP Engine support and they should install those for me?

    Thanks again!
