 * Thanks for your quick response. I uninstalled the plugin and installed again.
   I did not have a product image earlier and after installing it again I added 
   a product image as well and now it is working. Not sure what fixed it but thank
   you for trying to help. Really appreciate your great support.

 * Thank you for your reply. Is it possible to add a custom field and set a default
   value? Since I will be using the same link, I don’t want to add it manually to
   each and every product.

 * I followed the instructions on

   but the link I added didn’t go anywhere. Not even to the page the tabs belong
   to.
 * It works if I add a link to the same page where my tabs exist but I can’t get
   that to work from an external page. My requirement is to link to an anchor on
   page 1, tab 2 from an external page.
 * Please help.
