  • Hello ELR3000,

We take every feedback very seriously. Let us clarify WordLift’s features and take this as an opportunity to improve our information about the plugin.

WordLift is a plugin which relies on SaaS services to provide features like a Personal Assistant which support editors in writing content for their website by suggesting interlinks, relevant images, structuring and highlighting additional relevant content by analyzing the existing one. Content analysis and structured data querying are not possible within WordPress due to the intrinsic amount of computing required for such features, which require a monthly fee in compliance with WordPress’ plugin guidelines.

WordLift is an open source plugin which provides additional unique free features, like structured data management, JSON-LD markup publishing for website, articles and other structured content (person, organization, place, local business, recipe, …), and front-end widgets.

As you subscribe to our 14-days free trial, you will receive a welcome email and others tips will follow, until at the end of the 2-weeks period you will be notified that the free trial is about to expire. Then, if for any reasons you are not satisfied with our plugin, you could easily unsubscribe simply by contacting us and we will unplug your subscription, no questions asked.

While we hope you’ll review your rating after the above clarifications, know that we’re at your disposal in case you need further information or if you’d like to schedule a demo.

    Best Regards,
    Laura

Dear Vidyut, I am truly sorry to read about that.

I am Laura, from the WordLift team.

We do send a reminder to our new clients at the end of their 14-days free trial, to let them know that the trial will soon convert into a subscription and that they can cancel it at any moment, by simply replying to the e-mail or by contacting us from our website.
We also have a 48-hour refund policy, so that if you forget to cancel your subscription, we’ll be happy to refund your payment, no strings attached.

Since day one, and for all of our clients, we propose a dedicated training session via Skype with one of our SEO experts, to make sure we can help everyone get the best out of our Semantic SEO solution.

I can see that our last e-mail was sent on the 26th of June, is it possible that you missed it?

    Kind regards,
    the WordLift Team
