On a page load MMR schedules minification using wp-cron and outputs a non-minified url. Once the cron has run the url will update. I’m guessing another plugin is conflicting with MMR or your have a CDN that is caching the HTML and linking to the old file. Try adding the script paths you think might be causing this to the “ignore these files” box then refresh the page that is playing up. I’ve just installed the cookie notice plugin and its worked fine. Currently MMR only enables link preload for all scripts.
