    Appears that my old hosting company did not redirect my website to the new IP address so I think that might be the issue

    I am not seeing any errors, I just can’t seem to get anything to work at all. the hosting company offers wordpress. I have tried to install from their link, I have downloaded it from wordpress.org and tried downloading from there. I get nothing, it’s not there. No error message, nothing
