On this screen, under the “Access” heading, there is a section for each “WordPress User Role” by checking that one of these roles receives access to “all”, users within that role will have free access to your entire site when they are logged in. If the teaser content is empty, the plugin automatically generates teaser content from the paid content, by extracting a given number of words. At the same time, the privacy of our users is very important to us. Please check, if the credentials you have entered into the “Live Merchant ID” and “Live API Key” fields are correct. Did you already get your Live API credentials from us? Please also note, that you cannot use the Sandbox API credentials as Live API credentials.
