 * Hello Jump for Joy,
 * You have to use an ftp client and go to your WordPress install. Go to the folder
   wpcontent – plugins – qtranslate and find the file qtranslate.php. Change the
   line mentioned above.
 * I’m not sure if it works and is necessary in the latest WordPress version (3.7.1.)

 * Thx for your reply. The problem is solved in the new version (2.5.36) of qtranslate
   released on august 14 2013. I can just leave the Date format blank.
