There is another “wp-content folder inside of the “public_html” folder. There is also a really-simple-ssl folder inside of public_html/wp-content/plugins. Where does rsssl-safe-mode.lock go? Can you be a little more specific? * I would also need to know how to fix the ” Something Went Wrong” problem. The issue was due to a rule in the . htaccess file that was denying access to the site. The code was removed. It is set to #aa0085 with a black border in my global theme settings. It is not supposed to be black. I have tried everything to correct it. Plus when you click the “send” button the popup that tells me the “accept” box hasn’t been checked is half hidden. I’ve tried everything to correct this problem as well. I found this message on my back end home page which is where the Layerslider in question is located. * “[https://lfphotographics.com/wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/js/fusion-builder.js](https://lfphotographics.com/wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/js/fusion-builder.js): jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated” * Since the fusion builder plugin is an integral part of the Avada theme and cannot be turned off there is nothing I can do. You may want to speak with theme-fusion. com and get them to correct this. I figured out that the problem only happens in Firefox. If I use Safari everything appears to work fine. I’ve noticed that when I first go to my website in Firefox it appears everything is working, but if I go to another page and go back to the homepage or if I refresh the homepage the Layerslider on the homepage stops working and there is nothing there. When I did this it broke the setting in the gallery settings. I went into“ Gallery Settings” on the Basic Thumbnails tab and reset the “Legacy (Old) Template at the bottom of the page to “NextGen Download Gallery”. Then it worked fine again.
