I found a solution posted in another part of the forum. Go to: http://www.semiologic.com/2009/12/21/wp-2-9-three-bugs-and-how-to-fix-them/
and download the patched files Zip. Copy them to your WP_INCLUDES directory as instructed, and voila! FIXED!!
I’m getting this too. WordPress 2.9. I always see it in the WordPress Development Blog widget, and sometimes in the Incoming Links widget.
If anyone knows what’s wrong, I am all ears.
