 * Hello,
 * There has still been no response, and this case has now been open for **three
   weeks**.
 * The issues introduced in the latest update remain unresolved:
    - The thumbnail carousel is missing when opening files.
    - The upload button opens the search modal instead of allowing direct drag &
      drop.
 * Please provide an update on the status of this case or confirm whether these 
   changes are intended.

 * Just following up, as there has been no response for a week.
 * The issues reported after the latest update are still present and continue to
   affect usability:
    - The thumbnail carousel no longer appears when opening files.
    - The upload button now opens the search window instead of allowing direct drag&
      drop.
 * Could you please confirm whether this is being reviewed and if there’s any update
   on restoring the previous behavior?
