 * Same. After hours of playing with the settings I managed to complete the backup
   and restore, but it made zero difference.

 * I deleted all the files from the server and then re-uploaded them and it seems
   to have worked for the visual editor. I think the image size-selection problem
   is server-level.

 * Thanks for the reply. I tried those things and it didn’t change anything about
   the problems.
