 * I just had the same problem. Realized that you can easily just remove the Mailchimp
   API Key then save the page. This clears the selections in the database. Then
   paste the API Key back in and resave.
 * Second the request to update the programming to allow for “deselect all” option

 * Thanks so much. That worked.
 * The customer area folder was set to 755. Changed it to 775 and everything seems
   to be running smooth.
 * Thanks again for your help.

 * Hi Thanks for your response,
 * I just updated to the latest plugin version today 1.3.1. It now seems to work
   great when the owner is assigned to admin.
 * However when you try to update the owner you get this error:
    Warning: copy(/
   home/globalcn/public_html/ers/wp-content/customer-area/2_518c26d0b5710/website-
   mock-up.jpg) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/
   globalcn/public_html/ers/wp-content/plugins/customer-area/includes/core-addons/
   private-file/private-file-admin-interface.class.php on line 271
 * Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started
   at /home/globalcn/public_html/ers/wp-content/plugins/customer-area/includes/core-
   addons/private-file/private-file-admin-interface.class.php:271) in /home/globalcn/
   public_html/ers/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 876
 * If I then refresh it seems that it does assign it to the new user anyway, but
   then if that user tries to download or view the file you get this error:
 * File not found or inaccessible!
    /home/globalcn/public_html/ers/wp-content/customer-
   area/2_518c26d0b5710/website-mock-up.jpg website-mock-up.jpg
 * Thanks again

 * Yes it all worked out. I tested it on the other computer and it displayed fine.
   Then I immediately came back and refreshed my browsers and they showed up in
   Firefox and IE. It took a while for Chrome to show it but eventually it id.
 * I posted a follow up message but I guess it never went through. I have been having
   issues with changes taking effect especially when editing various CSS issues.
 * It seems that there is some caching problem that keeps giving me problems every
   once in a while.
 * Thanks for your help.

 * Thanks Birgire,
 * I was not expecting that response 🙂 I did not even think about it being an issue
   with my computer. Good to know that others are seeing it.
 * So I checked in Chrome, Firefox, and IE9 and none of them are displaying the
   videos. I am using the latest versions.
 * Anyone know what might be causing this cross browser issue on my machine?
 * I am able to go to YouTube, vimeo, Netflix and even embeded in Facebook to watch
   videos.
 * I will check another machine in my house to see if it is the same.

 * Thanks for the reply.
    No I have not tried that yet. It would be the last resort.
   Unfortunately this was a heavily customized version of the template, and when
   it was customized it was not done correctly so there are changes all over the
   core files that would need to be re-created.
 * I came onto this project just recently so trying to make the best of the situation.
