For example, if you have disabled the payment stage, step 3 “Details” still displays the following text:
“The price for the service is £0.00.”
which you can’t remove from this page.
This text can be removed in the Appearance > 3. Details: https://take.ms/ICpAQ

If you want to show the Booking form only to registered users, you can check these plugins:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-access-control/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-access-manager/These enable you to restrict any content on your site so that it can only be viewed by registered members.
