Hi @michael1999, can you provide the support request ticket number, so we can check this matter? All our support agents are absolute experts in Bookly settings as all of them have been working at Bookly for many years. However, sometimes users don’t have sufficient expertise to use the item or have specific booking scenarios/concerns that we need to fully grasp first.

We’re sorry to hear you experience issues.For the record, the update of one of their addons did not want to be done, causing an error preventing the update of the addons and therefore the malfunction of this addons. So I called on support and what are they telling me ?? that I have to pay the addon again because the support is only valid for 6 months !!!!
Please note that all Bookly items are installed on your server and interact with other WP plugins and caching systems. Issues may occur when something in your configuration affects the correct work of Bookly. We’re not able to guarantee the correct work of Bookly items on all WP configurations, however we’re always happy to help you resolve any problems. When we need to involve the technical department, then active support period is required.
Each small additional function (adding a service, adding a member, google calendar sync, Woocommerce sync …) is chargeable!
All these features are included in the PRO version with no need of other extensions, except for full 2-way sync with GC.

Currently, you can add such option only with the help of Bookly Custom fields (Add-on).
Over the last few years we’ve included dozens of new features in the default configuration, which makes Bookly standard version one of the most feature-rich booking plugins in the market.
The decision of releasing some functionality as add-ons was a part of a long term policy and was made after a careful analysis which showed up features used by less than 30% of our customers. We believe that the default configuration fulfills the majority of our customers’ needs, and a comprehensive collection of paid plugins can meet any special requirements.

Currently, such option is not supported. You can connect only one WooCommerce product while setting up WooCommerce integration.
