 * Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Thank you for your help.
 * I tried disabling both plugins, first individually and then together. I also 
   tried disabling any plugin related to images with no success.
 * I have tried on both Chrome and Safari and have tried uploading the CSV file 
   to Google Docs as well as opening it in Excel.
