 * Hi all,
 * Alive and healthy. I’m unfamiliar with Patchstack, so I’ve reached out to them
for specifics on the report, since the wording is a little vague. Once I receive
additional information that will help identify the specific reason for the report
   I’ll patch and release.

 * There is a filter available for this named **nestedpages_default_submenu_text**.
It accepts 2 parameters, the text (returned) and the post type object.
 * [Here is an example of usage](https://gist.github.com/kylephillips/7bf13b30d15e62309aecbf687df25656).

 * This has been fixed in v3.2.2.
 * One note, if the parent page _only_ contains child pages that are hidden, the“
Show hidden” link at the top of the list needs to be clicked to toggle the arrow
   into view.

 * I agree, that’s a good idea. This has been added in v3.2.2. There is now a setting
under the general settings: “Default new pages to hide in nav menu.”

 * The update that caused this behavior was modified in v3.2.1.
 * If developers wish to trigger the update_post filter, they now must use the `
   nestedpages_use_update_post` filter.

 * There is an option to show the classic/default interface. If you go to Settings
   > Nested Pages > Post Types and select your post type, uncheck “Replace Default
   Pages Menu.”
 * If it’s checked, by default, you can see the classic interface by clicking the“
Default Pages” submenu item (underneath the primary “Pages” item in the admin
   menu.

 * This bug should be fixed in the latest release, 3.1.8. Any page not set to “publish”
will be removed from the generated menu.
 * Checking the “Hide in Nav Menu” checkbox in the Quick Edit > Menu Options interface
will also remove a page from the generated menu.

 * In the latest version (3.1.5), visit Settings > Nested Pages > Post Types.
 * Select your post type to toggle settings and look for the new “Enable Custom
Statuses” row. Check the statuses to add for the post type and save the settings.
 * The top filtering links do not include the custom statuses yet, but that is coming.

 * I will take a look at this issue. In the mean time, you can deselect the checkbox
next to “Admin Menu” and update. This will turn off any settings/customizations.
 * Are you using any other plugins that alter the output of the admin menu that
   you know of?
 * I’ve tested this on several sites without issue… any info you have would be helpful
   in debugging.
