Creating the folders manually on the server solved it for me.

    Sure: http://wordpress.org/plugins/better-wp-security/

Once activated, ensure 404 error detection is enabled. Then browse through you site, then check the error logs.

    Hi Amit,

To be honest I don’t know the answer as I’m more a proficient user that a developer. All I know is that the security plugin I use is installed on about 30 websites I manage and I’ve never had this problem/conflict occur with any other plugin??

Sure some themes and plugins flag up missing files or image 404 errors from time to time, but yours seems to be doing it on every page load, on every page on the site. Since I posted this first report there have been over 500 on the site in question in just a few days.

So it leaves me with three options – 1. either turn off the security feature and leave the site more vulnerable, 2. Try and find another security plugin and hope it doesn’t conflict with yours in the same way, or 3. Find an alternative menu plugin…

And I’m afraid I’m one to prioritise site security, so unless you can propose a solution I’m afraid it will be number 3 and I’ll have to ditch your plugin…

    Regards,

    Kyle

Thanks Brian! This worked for me once I figured out where to insert the shortcode in my theme template

Thanks for the input Aaron. You were on the money. Having disable most of my other (30+ plugins) the authorization process went fine. I disabled them all at once though so can’t give any input as to which one caused the problem.

    Cheers, Kyle

Same problem here. Guessing FB changed something their end which is affecting it. Will switch to the iFrame version for now. Any suggestions or fixes welcome…

OK, I just tried it on a different PC. I got the same errors as before in Google Chrome, and a different error set in Firefox. Haven’t tried IE9 yet:

Warning: current() expects parameter 1 to be array, string given in /home/kylenewm/movebeyond/wp-content/plugins/wp-survey-and-quiz-tool/lib/Wpsqt/Shortcode.php on line 539

    Hi James,

I had to create custom fields, nothing showed up when I didn’t do that. Half my problem is fixed now.

Just the error in from Shortcodes.php outstanding which you didn’t seem to have?

I had it in the wrong place. That has now fixed the mail.php error and produced two new errors in addition to the original error in Shortcode.php:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/kylenewm/movebeyond/wp-content/plugins/wp-survey-and-quiz-tool/lib/Wpsqt/Shortcode.php on line 503
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/kylenewm/movebeyond/wp-content/plugins/wp-survey-and-quiz-tool/lib/Wpsqt/Shortcode.php on line 503

I did send you a login so you can access the dashboard Ollie.

Apologies, I separated the errors in the wrong place on the previous post. This is correct.

Debug errors after question 2 (last question, so I assume completion of survey:
