 * Thank you! I made the changes and the download works now.
 * As long as I leave the hide/mask real link box unchecked it works in Chrome. 
   As soon as I check that box the downloads stop working.

 * Can you suggest a way for me to convert it? I do not have the original file and
   the only access I have to it is from the URL it’s posted on. My client wants 
   it posted onto her website. She has permission from the owner of the site to 
   use it on her site as well. It’s an hour long video.
