 * It allows you to setup your own workflows with as many review steps you want.
   It also sends out an email to the concerned person for review/assignment/publish.
 * It has a graphical user interface, where you can drag and drop processes to create
   your own workflow.
 * The Pro version provides the same workflow support for new revisions without 
   taking the current revision of the post offline.
