The free version most recent version … 5.7.18 updated it yesterday
Emails are working.
But we CANNOT ADD any new images into the Broadcast or the template or anywhere in the campaign. When we click on “Add Media” it opens up to a blank white screen. So CANNOT choose any image.
It used to work the previous version before we upgraded.
I also tried to roll back to another older version but same issue.
Just to note the way we used to DUPLICATE a campaign was to HOVER over a campaign and choose either EDIT or DELETE or DUPLICATE
There are ONLY 2 options on hover now, so obviously in the upgrade things have changed.
Therefore we have now figured out and I have instructed the client on HOW to do things.
Click on New Campaign, choose “USE template” what ever template she wants to use, Publish and choose the Group name. So I’ve figured that out eventually. It is quite different from what it used to do.
Client has used your plugin regularly each month, and she was very confused this month as things have changed quite a bit.
Your instructions on your website still show the OLD instructions also please note. To hover over Campaign and click on Duplicate. That doesn’t exist anymore now according to your upgrade.
So for now we are completely stuck as we CANNOT add any NEW images at all into any campaign. White screen when choosing “Add Media” from within the Campaign OR from within creating a new template also.
Very frustrating.
What could be wrong please? Maybe it doesn’t like the latest version of wordpress and is incompatible>?
So I have tried to add new Image from Classic Editor AND drag and drop editor… NEITHER will allow me to add an image … it opens up and that screen is white which should show the Media to choose.
Obviously an issue with the latest version with current latest WordPress?
We have partly figured things out, as things are viewing differently.
We have created a new Template and am trying to add Media (photo). When we click on ‘Add Media’ the popup to see the Media is WHITE completely so we cannot see or choose anything.
What is wrong with this version?
Very frustrating.
My client is trying to send out some promotions urgently for her customers and she is very frustrated!
She has been using your plugin since 2018 and is now very frustrated last few days with the new setup.
We cannot even ADD a new photo to the Promotion.

We added a new htaccess file and installed Wordfence in the end which has been great to use as we could see the live feed, on who was trying to login etc.
We found out that the dodgy person had access to admin backend somehow, obviously no-one gave it to them.
htaccess file kept changing, wp-login file kept changing with code, and several files in the root directory of wordpress that shouldn’t be there, had to be removed also.
We updated all plugins, removed any files that were not supposed to be there. Many of our files were infected with codes in the txt files in the wp-admin etc.
In the end after reinfection, we restored a previous backup, updated all plugins again, CHANGED all logins, changed Admin WP logins to wordpress, changed Cpanel again, updated wordpress again. Went through every directory to find out any dodgy files.
It was like chasing your tail, and in the end we got there but so many ridiculous hours trying to beat them!
They are so persistent and so frustrating.
The Wordfence software has proved valuable as I checked it every day, blocked certain IP addresses that were dodgy, and blocked IP address of people who were trying to login that had no authorisation (obviously it was the dodgy) people.
And I’m still using it. Wouldn’t be without it now for this client site.

If I have auto updates on WordPress and auto updates on plugins, which I never do, but just asking if I did, or what others do, if a website goes down, how then can you easily determine what caused the site to crash ?
That sounds to me more complicated to figure out whether it was a plugin update and which plugin update caused it or a wordpress update. And more time to figure out what caused the issue in order to be able to resolve it quickly.
I suppose I could read the error log but your thoughts about that would be great.

There is NO “Duplicate” button when you hover over a campaign anymore. Only Edit and Delete.

I’ve found this code in YOuTube and works. It does change the “Select Options” button also which I didn’t want but I can’t seem to find a workaround.
It changes all the Add to Cart buttons to now Add to Order.

I was told previously to use approx 4 hours to lock a user out.
If a dodgy person is locked out also they will be locked out for 4 hours also.
How can we have a dodgy one locked out for longer ?

Outstanding questions:
ALSO WHY does your backup save plugins1, plugins2 etc to plugins 10.I assume that would be very difficult to restore having so many backups of just plugins ?
I’m more familiar with backupbuddy, when you backup All files or database or plugins, you just have 1 backup for each. Not 10 backups for plugins1-10 etc.
If we are backing up to Google Drive, I assume we still get an email that the backups are successful via email? Otherwise we have no way in knowing unless we log into Google Drive every day ?
ALSO on the dashboard, it is NOT showing the plugins backup, themes and full files backup since 31 March ONLY database backups come up regularly.
If I want to do a MANUAL FULL backups, it won’t give me the option either . WHY?
I’m bit frustrated with this plugin for backups.
No new backups from plugins , themes, files etc since 31 March. ONLY database backups.
Are they NOT supposed to show on the Dashboard each time also so we can download from there? It only shows 2 old complete backups, and current database backups.
If I decide to CHANGE the backups to another Google Drive account, and when I go into your Dashboard settings, there is NO option to CHANGE to another Gogle Drive account. I cannot see a disconnect button so that I can connect to another account.

I can ONLY see backups working automatically and NOT any automatic Files backups at all. It is set to backup files daily now just so I can ensure it is working.
It is not. Please advise as I need to resolve this issue urgently for the client.
