My clients are contacting me because of it, when there is no REAL issue. Everyone is still getting the emails, but the error is very disconcerting. I instead made the order bar smaller on tablets and then disappear completely on phones. I also created an image in the background to show the other statuses as the order progresses, and I added the percentages of the bar to the titles of the statuses.
