 * I called Yahoo tech support again and this time got a hold of the right person,
   who told me that Yahoo does not support having a WordPress installation at the
   root level of a site.
    That is the reason my navigation wasn’t working. They 
   don’t mention that anywhere in their control panel or WordPress Installation 
   process.
