 * You could use phpMyadmin to interface with the database or use a desktop client.
 * If you know how to use either of these you can go to the database, click the 
   table for wp-Posts and then sort them by name post_title or whatever is easier,
   then just delete the row you want.
 * It should be pretty easy!
