 * I went back and updated from 1.05 to 2.01 to 2.04 and that
    took care of whatever
   problems I seem to be having. I am guessing you can not leapfrog from 1.05 to
   2.04 without there being some issues. That was just easier to do then having 
   to try to fix files that were not playing nice with each other. I also found 
   I did not delete wp-include folder and that made a difference. The **Detailed
   Upgrade Instructions** was a great help whoever wrote that!
