 * Hi, sorry to hear about that you have met the same issue because I spent a lot
of time with the issue. Unfortunately I am not a 100% sure what finally solved
the case. Avada support could not help. I also emailed a lot with our host provider.
At first they upgraded to php 7. That did not help. I found out that there was
a default admin user in WordPress which I removed. Someone said It could cause
hacking or something. Finally the host checked again our service and told that
the server was not working well with WP and offered to move our WP to a new server.
After these operations the WP started to work well. I hope this helps you.

 * Thank you but that did not help.
 * Actually I found one weird thing from the front page: in my pc Firefox 70 does
not show one small .jpg image:
 * File name: Kumppanit55.jpg
File type: image/jpeg Uploaded on: November 27, 2019
File size: 63 KB Dimensions: 822 by 156 pixels
 * and what is stranger is that FF says it is 3EXfyqe6.tiff (the name includes tons
of characters in the file info) and its size is 379kb. Also Chrome does not show
the image. But IE shows it in the laptop and Safari and FF in iPhone. Could this
   cause the crashing?
 * Also what comes to the images there has been loaded many images as large as 2.4Mb
and their names include for instance scandinavian characters and dots (like “
   3. and 4. kerros.jpg”). In the media library there are dozens of images without
thumbnail image (grey icons instead) because WP/Avada has not created smaller
resized versions of the originals. So the image portfolio in the front page is
creating itself from large original images. There are 19 items in the portfolio
and all of them include about half of dozens images. Does these things have something
to do with the “Out of Memory” error?
 * The background is that I made the site to a customer two years ago and now I
am fixing it after the problems started.
