 * We’re having this exact same issue (the woo theme we’re using is Spectrum) but
   after reading through the comments I’m still confused as to how to solve this
   problem. Do I need to deactivate all my plugins? Or re-install the theme? Is 
   there a particular plugin that is causing this?

 * Has anyone had issues with SOME of the notification emails going through and 
   others not? Our form is set up so once it’s filled out, 4 people get e-mail notifications,
   but only two of the four have been receiving them. And it’s not getting stuck
   in their spam filter.
