Caxton seems to have abandoned their product and users (3 months and still no
reply on my query), I had to abandon their plug-in. I just went back to using
regular blocks. To get the effect of the graphic transitions between sections,
I recreated them as regular graphics and put them in full width graphics blocks
with no margin between them. Hope this helps.
