 * The problem was solved by Support Team from Storeapps.org!
 * The reason is admin roles in WordPress. I had a subscriber, and simply create
   Admin and everything works perfectly!

 * Yes, Im logged as admin, and nothing new after Smart Manager install in admin
   sidebar and WooCommerce section.
