I copied the Modern theme and renamed it, then added it to the Astra-child theme, but I couldn’t find a way to edit the article page. I tried to simply choose the Single Doc Page template in the settings, without creating a page or anything like that, but the error still appears. * I can’t understand why the errors are happening. I created the “Support” page and placed the shortcode in [ jssupportticket], inside the widget in Elementor.
