Yes, my darling. that is the problem. you type in all the information, it gives you all these codes and then all the way down it shows the actual rates.

I turn everything of, and still showing the same message.
[UPS] No rate returned for service code 11, The requested service is invalid from the selected origin. (UPS code: 111100)
[UPS] No rate returned for service code 07, The requested service is unavailable between the selected locations. (UPS code: 111210)
[UPS] No rate returned for service code 54, The requested service is invalid from the selected origin. (UPS code: 111100)
[UPS] No rate returned for service code 08, The requested service is unavailable between the selected locations. (UPS code: 111210)Nothing yet, still working turn it on but did not see the problem

According to it when it shows the blue screen it details the entire UPS request starting with this previous version number.
