The Printful size chart is added by Printful. None of my other products have that size chart. When I delete the information in that box and save the product, the information comes right back. The only way to get rid of it is to add a non-breaking space (nbsp). But then I have an empty Size Chart tab. I have verified that I have checked the “Actions” and “Status” checkboxes but, while the actions and statuses display for other items, they don’t display properly for my custom statuses. That’s like “Have you turned it off and on again?” * Also, it was a plugin. 🙁 So….. yeah. That’s embarrassing. * So now I will try to figure out what setting in the Ultimate Member plugin is causing the problem. I can close this support thread.
