For anyone hwo didn’t understand this advice, you have to tick the box ‘Submit via AJAX(without page reload)?’ in the ‘Settings’ tab (then click open the ‘Display’ tab) of each form where you want this functionality. Don’t look in the ‘Ninja Settings’ cos this option ain’t there! Too bad we don’t actually get ‘support’ from Ninja personnel. Have re-updated the plug-in, and everything is still looking fine. Dunno. I’ve tried to include shortcode for a Ninja modal contact form in one of the widget’s text fields. The widget just displays the shortcode. Editing function.php in child theme doesn’t help. I just discovered that the Ninja Form editing panel includes a text entry field (to add ‘Description’ text to form fields), which has ‘visual’ & ‘text’ editor variants. So I suspect that my issues relate to some conflict that occurs btwn the WP visual visual editor & the Ninja Form one. Fingers crossed Ninja can sort this out. Just initially confusing since the issues apparently relate to WP’s Visual Editor switch.
