Solved with this filter:
/* * Youzer > Change the media folders name from user id to user name */ add_filter( 'youzify_filter_upload_dir', function ( $upload_dir ) { $pattern = '/\/members\/[0-9]{1,}\//i'; $user_name = sanitize_file_name( wp_get_current_user()->user_login ); if ( ! empty( $upload_dir['path'] ) ) { $upload_dir['path'] = preg_replace( $pattern, '/members/' . $user_name . '/', $upload_dir['path'] ); } if ( ! empty( $upload_dir['url'] ) ) { $upload_dir['url'] = preg_replace( $pattern, '/members/' . $user_name . '/', $upload_dir['url'] ); } return $upload_dir; } );
It only works if in “Settings > Media” the option “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders” is selected.
If some one find a solution for this, please post it here.

I found that if I uncheck the “Organize uploaded files in folders based on month and year” in WordPress media settings it ignore the filter that you posted here and save the files in a folder with the user id instead of the user name.

Thanks @pooja1210 it works!
In one wp installation if I upload an image in activity it count on the tab counter badge but it doesn’t appear on the files listed on Media Tab, I don’t know if this bug or there’s some setting to change this.
It’s possible to put all uploads in the user folder instead of organize uploaded files in folders based on month and year?
Hi,
I have tested the installation with Youzer disabled the upload option works fine.
With Youzer I can see the red upload button at the the bottom left but if I click it nothing happens.

Hi,
Excuse me I was testing one thing and had to uninstall your plugin, now it’s installed again.
Did you test the plugin “GDPR Cookie Compliance (CCPA, PIPEDA ready)”? Ypu must check it because it clear all cookies.
In this video you can see what I’m talking about.

Solved,
I used this function to modify the query with the pre_get_posts hook.
function custom_get_posts( $query ) { $user = wp_get_current_user(); $user_role = (array) $user->roles; if( (is_category() || is_archive() || is_search() ) && $query->is_main_query() ) { $query->set( 'meta_query', array( array( 'key' => '_members_access_role', 'value' => $user_role, ) ) ); } } add_action( 'pre_get_posts', 'custom_get_posts' );
