 * yes this is pretty much the same conclusion I reached. It is the theme developer
   that has the responsibility, not the other way round.
 * But in any case it is good that an awareness has been raised that the Calluna
   theme is not as compatible as the developer would like you to think and potential
   purchasers of that theme should do so with caution.
