 * I appreciate all the responses. Looks like I will have to talk my poc for the
   organization to get more info.

   crossed my mind. What am I looking for to see if it’s multisite? I’ve read about
   a network setting in tools but that option is not available when I go into tools.
   
   I did not set up the site. I am helping out someone I know in the organization.

    There is
   no plugin for any type of role management.
 * I would think with the admin access that I have I should be able to alter anything.
   
   Is there any way to limit plugin installation from the hosting site? And if so,
   would that limit even the admin?
