 * I’ve tested the plugin and I am still experiencing the same issue.
 * I’ve tested the form and that is working fine. I’ve ran two manual tests using
   the plugin and both have been executed and have generated a form monitor report
   with a positive green dot.
 * I have checked form entries and there is no record of a form submission and I
   have not received an email with the form monitor report.
 * The form uses Gravity Forms PGP Encryption, could this be causing the issue?

 * WP Cron is enabled and we have active cron jobs running on the site.
