 * Can you assist me in understanding the name of the setting in the Options page
   and what that setting should be set to in order to save data and all settings?

 * Note I’ve taken the time to review some other support posts here that did not
   assist me with trouble shooting this myself. I was forced then to make a post.
 * We cannot delete records. When we click on delete or delete all we remain on 
   the same URL but a blank website page appears.
 * I updated Contact DB form to 2.9.10 with no success. Note the WP version is 3.5.1.
   If any other WP member here may assist ti would be appreciated. Thanks
