It’s woo themes [http://www.woothemes.com/products/product-csv-import-suite/](http://www.woothemes.com/products/product-csv-import-suite/) * The issue is that when your plugin is active and you upload a product CSV for import into woocommerce it automatically says changes saved which makes no sense b/c you’ve just uploaded a file.
