 * I have an old back up, 2 months ago.
    Maybe i can drop WP_OPTIONS and use the
   back up to import WP_OPTIONS again

 * The webhoster told me there was a database crash, wp_options was chrashed and
   that they had to fixed it.
    And since then I have this error

 * Already done that, same result.
    Is it possible that this is a problem with writing
   rights 644 / 766 / 777
