I have testet the smtp with success. So it is not not the credidentials that is causing thoe error.

Tried to solve this in a couple of weeks now.
I am using Fibo Search that generates a thumbnail in 64x64px. When disabling this plugin an regenrate is solved the problem. Then I only use default sizes.
