In reply to: [Wordfence Security - Firewall & Malware Scan] Unable to add siteCorrection … PHP version is 7.3.33
The point is that the problem is not unique to one environment. However, I will start my own topic and reference this one to make it clear it is not a server type or version issue.
Same problem, LAMP environment, fully updated WP and WF.
Console fix didn’t work.

In reply to: [WOW Slider] GETTING "WRONG SLIDER" ERRORContacted by support within 48 hours and their suggestions did not work, but I discovered the problem:
I was uploading the wrong file.
I’m not an idiot, but when I saved the project and “published” it to my desktop, it never appeared there, just the saved project, so I tried it both raw and zipped to no avail.
When I saved it to my Downloads folder, it appeared as just “wowslider” — and I almost mistook it for the installation file. In fact, I uploaded it on a lark, since why would it be named anything but the project name, right?
Anyway, I hope this saves other people exasperation by posting this …

In reply to: [Wordfence Security - Firewall & Malware Scan] Warning: Plugin ConflictJust got this:
Consider using ‘dppx’ units, as in CSS ‘dpi’ means dots-per-CSS-inch, not dots-per-physical-inch, so does not correspond to the actual ‘dpi’ of a screen. In media query expression: print, not all, (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 1.25), (min-resolution: 120dpi)

In reply to: [BruteProtect] Warning: Plugin ConflictMy company uses WordFence a a standard, but we were under heavy attack and BruteProtect had the additional features we desired. Fro what I understand, it performed and did the trick.
As new features and settings are rolled out by both, you’d have to do a comparison to decide which one you want, but running more than one security plugin is by nature asking for trouble.

In reply to: [Wordfence Security - Firewall & Malware Scan] Warning: Plugin ConflictAs that multisite is too active, I tried recreating on another domain-mapped multisite where only I create content.
I was unable to replicate the error.
When traffic is low, I will try to replicate on the site where the problem occurred and report back.

In reply to: Will Not Generate Paragraph TagsFor now, after trouble-shooting and testing myself, I guess the solution is to never save it in that state when such occurs, but to leave and come back without using the back button.
Silly, but I should be used to the fact that “computer science” is an oxymoron …
Before I close this, I’d be curious if there’s any other feedback. Just doesn’t make sense why WordPress is NOT adding paragraph and line breaks in the HTML no matter what.

In reply to: Will Not Generate Paragraph TagsAlso, just tried it from another browser (IE versus Chrome), same result.
The problem is that it will render fine so long as I don’t save after it reaches this state.
Another important note: everything here applies to both
