They said they noticed nothing out of the ordinary from the PHP error log, other than the retrys after 300 sec. * They also `updated the below settings in the ‘php.ini’ file for the site: max_exec_time to 180 max_input_time to 300 max_input_vars to 4000 post_max_size to 32M` * Still not backing up the database. I also tried installing a countdown timer yesterday and that has the same problem – not responsive in chrome but fine in Firefox.
