 * Thank you for the help, and yes it was a problem with my custom comment function
   I wrote to over-ride the default. I forgot to print the comment entries after
   I querried for them before ending the if/else statement, lol.

 * Thank you for the reply, but when I do, they disappear and I get the “comments
   closed” text, but no comments.

 * I figured this one out last night actually with cforms doing the same thing to
   me. If you use the visual entry option when writing posts, WP will turn the “[”&“]”
   into the special character code in the html document that gets rendered, hence
   exactly like you typed it on the webpage itself. You have to use the html entry
   option to avoid WP doing that.

 * Believe me this guy isn’t full of it. I’m having the same issue w/ cforms. When
   I click the MCE button, it pops up, then freezes in a loading loop, no options
   show up for the form, then the “old fashion” way doesn’t work either. I’ve checked
   everything, reinstalled/activated plugins, etc. nothing works.
