I normally use Chrome, but to test it out I used Firefox and installed HttpFox as you suggested, switched to iFeature theme and loaded the wp-admin page. Of course it then displayed normally and generated no errors! I went back to Chrome, and then Safari, only to discover that the admin pages now loaded correctly there as well. I had done absolutely nothing else apart from switch themes. * I have just tried the Eclipse theme. This also works perfectly in Firefox (so no useful information from HttpFox), but in Chrome and Safari the admin pages are messed up as before. If I use Twenty Ten or Twenty Eleven, the wp-admin area loads correctly. Other themes vary, iFeature and Eclipse, for example, are both messed up in the admin area (but the site itself looks fine).
