I updated my profile and my email address. I purchased under @softwarepricing.com but this profile was tied to another email address. * Hopefully this will clean up future correspondences. However I have created two support tickets with you and half a dozen emails and have received no response since 5/16. * Can you please provide an email address where I can send you these open support tickets so we can debug what’s wrong together? * I absolutely love this plugin but the lack of support has been problematic.
